The Talent Acquisition Leader reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Corporation and provides leadership support advocacy and vision to the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across the organization. S/he directly manages the TA Team in the United Sates and Europe and provides consultative advice to HR Business Partners regarding Talent Acquisition in Canada Latin America and AMEA as needed. As needed s/he provides hands on recruitment support to specific Operating Units or Departments with a focus on Executive level roles. Key functions include but are not limited to:
