Job Description

The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award winning business process outsourcing firm focused on print mail document scanning reception and related office support services for Fortune 500 companies professional service firms and institutions of higher education. TMG is looking for highly motivated enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1500 nationwide associates TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30 years of success in the industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and check in guests as they come into the building
  • Use Badge Pass System to scan their personal information and print daily badges
  • Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate individuals
  • Operate Cisco Phone Console
  • Able to response to building emergencies
  • Screen incoming delivery personal before allowing access
  • Manage and issue security access cards to employees and contractors
  • Uses Kastle access control system to program cards.
  • Take photos and print access card badges
  • Issues AVIS pool cars and AVIS rental for employees.
  • Manages temporary security access cards to service contractors visiting employees and FB for employees
  • Takes and issues services tickets for building services and problems; too cold/hot calls issues with restrooms etc....
  • Tracks Contractor List for access cards expiration dates extend with approval or let expire.
  • Backup Facilities Coordinator and mailroom as needed

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation
Outstanding Attendance
Customer service and/or office related experience preferred.
Basic mathematical skills.
Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and serviceoriented; builds strong working relationships.
Handle multiple projects at one time.
Able to meet deadlines.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
At least one year Office Experience
13 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.
Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor appearance and attitude.
Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.
Sound judgment and problemsolving ability.
Be able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an everchanging work environment.
Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
