- Provide excellent customer service to exceedthe expectationsof our customers
- Openwork orders by accurately capturing customers concerns
- Inspect equipment as it isbrought in
- Keep customer informed of progress throughout the repair period
- Handle all paperwork effectively and efficiently
- Handle all payments and other transactions promptly and properly
- Identify addon sales opportunities and effectively communicate these to the customer
- Must be a selfstarter and willing to take the initiative and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions
- A high school diploma is a must
- Computer skills
- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 12 years experience in related field
