Overview of Position
The Home Warranty Pricing role is an experienced and innovative strategist to lead and drive complex pricing strategies for our home warranty offerings. As a senior individual contributor you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the companys pricing models leveraging advanced analytics to deliver marketleading solutions. This position requires deep expertise in pricing strategy strong analytical skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders while working independently to address highimpact business challenges.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job
Design develop and implement advanced pricing models for home warranty products ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
Lead highlevel pricing initiatives conducting indepth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize profitability customer value and market competitiveness.
Serve as a subject matter expert guiding crossfunctional teams and mentoring junior analysts in pricing methodologies and best practices.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership translating complex data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with product finance sales and operations teams to refine pricing frameworks and ensure seamless implementation.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends incorporating innovative approaches and emerging technologies into pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all pricingrelated activities.
Travel up to 10% for client meetings and presentations
What are the requirements needed for this position
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Data Science or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities.
At least 3 years of experience in a pricing role demonstrating progressive responsibilities.
Extensive experience in pricing financial analysis or strategy development preferably in the home warranty insurance or property management industries.
Expertise in advanced data analysis tools (Python R SQL or similar) and proficiency in financial modeling.
Proven ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver impactful business solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Strong strategic thinking problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have
Masters or PHD preferred.
Deep knowledge of the home warranty industry including pricing trends and market dynamics.
Experience with predictive analytics machine learning or other advanced analytics tools.
Professional certifications in finance pricing or analytics (e.g. Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) CFA).

Pay Range:
$101500.00 $169400.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors including candidate background experience and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
