The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is looking for a Roadway Programs Technician 2 in Fayette County. In this position you will play a vital role in supporting budgeting planning and data analysis related to maintenance activities programs and expenditures. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Roadway Programs Technician 2 your primary responsibility will be to assist the Roadway Programs Manager (RPM) with budgeting planning and analyzing data related to maintenance activities programs and expenses within Fayette County. Additionally you will assist in assessing maintenance operations to establish and confirm operational work standards while also collecting data to ensure the Countys compliance with various efficiency and effectiveness metrics including the Maintenance Accreditation Performance Index (MAPI) and Dashboards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Roadway Programs Technician 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work materials and equipment and an Associates Degree in the field of Business Administration Computer Science Highway Engineering Technology or closely related program; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
