Job Description

- Lead and direct the front of house staff during your shift.
- Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
- Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
- Responsible for totaling bill accepting payment and making correct change for guests
- Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Stock bar with liquor beer and wine
- Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned
- Must be responsible and have leadership skills.
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have at least 5year experience as a bartender and server
- Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Flexibility to work varied hours days including some holidays
