Job Description

Quality Data Coordinator

The Quality Data Coordinator is a highly organized and proactive position supporting our Quality Assurance Department team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and will involve a variety of management supporting tasks. Primary duties include collecting organizing monitoring and distributing information related to quality and process improvement functions. Their work supports business initiatives ensuring compliance with quality management standards such as AS9100 & Nadcap and continuous improvement activities. This position is required to perform data acquisition from multiple sources and generate reports utilizing their computer skills and distributing those reports to various users in the organization. This position also includes the creation of metrics presentations executive summaries performing internal audits and conducting general administrative functions for the Quality department.

Responsibilities

  • Collection of data from multiple internal and external sources and creation of charts metrics executive summaries and presentations.
  • Create spreadsheets; manage databases; and prepare presentations reports and documents.
  • Monitor data supporting Quality metrics.
  • Process data using programming tools applying techniques like extracting cleaning transforming restructuring aggregating and enriching data.
  • Utilize programing tools to interface with a business ERP system for importing data exporting data and generating reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights ultimately communicating findings to key stakeholders to facilitate better decisionmaking.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner through charts graphs and dashboards making complex data easier to understand and communicate.
  • Manage actionitem tracking tools and report status.
  • Provide administrative support for team operations including scheduling document preparation and data entry.
  • General administrative support including data entry copying and distribution and electronic filing and other duties as needed to support the Quality department.

Skills

  • Ability to navigate extract data from and effectively use a company ERP system.
  • Excellent verbal written grammatical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills Word Excel (including Macros) Project PowerPoint Visio)
  • Excellent Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Programming using tools such as VBA within Excel or Python
  • Customer driven with sense of urgency/priority in responding to customers needs (internal and external)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience using an ERP system preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems.
  • Proficient in data processing report writing presentations and creating data graphs; and will be able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Data analytics experience is a major plus. Desired experience includes performing descriptive diagnostic predictive and prescriptive analyses.
  • Thorough knowledge of database project management spreadsheet and word processing software and electronic mail.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • 2year Associates Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of two (2) years in a data processing capacity.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Salary: 4550k dependent upon experience

Hours: 7:304:00pm. Onsite only
