Job Description
Senior Bar Person
- Pay 12.35 per hour (25688 per year for a 40 hour week)
- Plus up to 8200 per year in tips (Paid weekly based on last years earnings)

Were looking for anexperienced Senior Bar Person to lead our bar team at our restaurant in Winchester.

What youll be gettingup to:
- Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
- Recommending drinks pairings with food
- Preparing the bar for a smooth service
- Maintaining stock levels
- Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
- Developing training and inspiring your bar team to continuously improve
- Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make your guests and staff smile
- Controlling the bar from a sustainability financial and quality driven perspective
What youll bring to the role
This is a greatopportunity for Bar Person to progress or for a current Senior Bar looking for someone who has worked in restaurants or pubs that puts theirheart and loyalty into a role. Youll be aware of guest needs and know how tomake them smile as well being able to effectively lead inspire and develop ateam.
