Our Clubs provide the knowledge and experience required to meet our customers demanding outcomes. From these Clubs Teams are formed to deliver on project schedules that may range from a few weeks to multiyear engagements.
Zaizi seeks a motivated and resultsoriented individual to help coach and lead a Club as we grow and specialise across sectors customers and regions.
The Role of Club Executive at Zaizi
The Club Executive will engage with customers at the executive level to help grow client accounts in National Security while ensuring that the Clubs teams are engaged and delivering on the outcomes agreed with Zaizis customers.
Our Club Executives are true leaders able to manage the details of complex customer engagements while supporting and engaging with a diverse range of colleagues and customers from Team Leads to customer executives and from the CEO to the Board. Our Club Executives provide the connections and leadership that enable the Clubs to function efficiently.
The Club Executive will have an overarching role in ensuring quality and delivery across multiple customer accounts while maintaining Club profitability and growth. Daytoday activities may include project scoping bid work initiating recruitment monitoring project progress addressing escalations from teams or customers establishing and owning clubs Profit & Loss and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) attending show and tells and coaching the club leadership team.
Zaizi is growing rapidly as are the range of customers and types of engagements we undertake. As a Club Executive you will be responsible for a group of customers which may change as Zaizi grows and rebalances our Clubs. Our Club Executives will collaborate to ensure efficient account distribution and actively support the Sales Team in account growth and business development activities.
Metrics
Our Club Executives will be responsible for 36 clients each with projects ranging from small Discoveries or strategic engagements to multiyear multiteam engagements totaling approximately 10 million in revenue. Leading 5070 team members directly they will own specific metrics for the club including revenue margin (Club and Teams) and utilisation. While there will be KPIs these will be achieved through teamwork and a shared purpose: realising the potential of our staff our customers and their employees and UK citizens.
Reporting
Our Club Executives will initially report directly to the CEO of Zaizi. As Zaizi grows this may change. Our Club Executives will remain focused on Club outcomes while contributing to the longterm operational structure of Zaizi.

Interview Process:
1st stage:
Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team
2nd stage:
Technical interview this stage evaluates your technical expertise and problemsolving abilities especially if youre applying for a technical role.
Final Stage:
1015 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.
