- Work Status: FullTime PartTime Per Diem
- Sign On Bonus: $5000
- Relocation: Up to $3000 in expenses

Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Medical specialty in Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports Medicine
- Ability to Commute/Relocate before start to New London
