Regional Manager Boutique Fitness (Confidential Search)

About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing boutique fitness brand in Richmond VA. This Regional Manager role will oversee multiple studio locations ensuring operational excellence driving revenue and cultivating a highperforming clientfocused team culture. The position is available due to a leadership transition and confidentiality is required throughout the interview process.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple studio locations in the Richmond area

Lead mentor and develop studio managers and frontline teams

Ensure studios meet sales goals client retention metrics and operational benchmarks

Implement and maintain company standards for service delivery cleanliness scheduling and branding

Monitor and improve studiolevel KPIs (conversion rates class utilization staff retention)

Partner with marketing teams to drive local outreach community engagement and event strategy

Manage payroll staffing levels and P&L accountability for each location

Collaborate crossfunctionally with ownership/executive team to refine systems and strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
3 years of multiunit management experience ideally in boutique fitness wellness or premium retail

Proven leadership ability with success coaching and growing teams

Strong sales acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals

Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills

Handson proactive and solutionsoriented with a growth mindset

Familiarity with MindBody or other fitness/retail CRM platforms a plus
