Job Title: Facility Maintenance

Reports to: Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Location: Stanley Black and Decker Holliston Ma

Job Summary:

Were seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance/Facilities Assistant to support our factorys maintenance team and facilities operations. As a key member of our facilities support team youll perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance safety and functionality of our plant and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior appearance of the plant including mowing trimming and snow removal. Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs unclogging drains and repairing minor leaks. Plumbing Repairs: Repair leaking pipes toilets and faucets and clear blocked toilets sinks and drains Janitorial and Housekeeping: Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks such as:

• Occasionally cleaning floors restrooms and break rooms
• Wiping down walls and surfaces
• Clearing cobwebs from ceilings corners and other areas

Support Maintenance Team: Assist the maintenance team with various tasks such as cleaning painting and minor repairs. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols regulations and company policies. Special Projects: Assist with special projects such as plant expansions renovations or equipment installations. Other Projects as Needed or Assigned: Perform other tasks and projects as needed or assigned by management to support the maintenance and facilities operations.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent: Required.

2. Maintenance or facilities experience: 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.

3. Basic trade skills: Possess basic trade skills such as plumbing carpentry and painting.

4. Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds work at heights and stand for long periods.

5. Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Possession of certifications in a trade skill or maintenancerelated field.

2. Experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
