American Home Design is hiring a fulltime InHome Water Sales Representative for our Nashville area team. American Home Design is a local company that is the exclusive dealer of RainSoft residential water treatment equipment in this area. RainSoft is a 65 year old company and a leading brand of water treatment and water purification systems worldwide. We are growing and looking for sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice worklife balance.
Are you outgoing and pleasantly persuasive Can you build instant rapport with a stranger Are you highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity If so this position could be a great fit for you! Our Representatives go on preset and prequalified appointments in the local Middle TN area. We provide a professional inhome presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a sameday home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessees #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties our representatives are welltrained and setup for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a biweekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $90000 $150000 a year!
InHome Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on water quality and its effects on their home via a professional presentation following a welltrained sales system on an iPad
- Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
- Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
- Run approximately 810 leads a week
- Provide excellent customer service before and after installation

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment
