Our team makes a difference in supporting systems for National Air Space which provides safe air travel to millions of passengers each year. The mission is to provide worldclass software development integration testing and software sustainment support for national air traffic control systems. This position is located in Mt Laurel NJ.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform software development activities (design code and test) on the STARS Database Management System software

  • Implement software enhancements based on system/software requirements specifications

  • Troubleshoot and correct software issues

  • Create test plans and technical documentation

  • Create/update test data used by the software development and integration teams

  • Support the development of software tools utilized by the FAA customer to facilitate the creation and maintenance of the data used to configure the STARS system

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

  • Experience with C/C and experience with Linux/Unix

  • Experience with Database / SQL

  • Experience XWindows/Motif

  • Experience with Perl

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Java and JavaScript

  • Experience with Oracle

  • Experience with HTML/QT/GTK

  • Experience with J2EE / .Net
