Job Description:
They are seeking a talented Business Development Officer (Chinese Digital Marketing) to serve as the key connection between Thai businesses and their Chinese agency partners. This role combines client relationship management with crosscultural coordination to help Thai businesses successfully navigate Chinese digital marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between Thai clients and their Chinese digital marketing agency partners
- Explain Chinese digital marketing solutions and strategies to Thai businesses
- Coordinate all communications and project requirements between clients and their Chinese partners
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on Chinese digital platforms and marketing opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout campaign implementation
- Track project timelines and follow up on pending tasks with both clients and Chinese partners
- Monitor content schedules and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Follow up on content adjustments and revisions as needed between clients and Chinese teams
- Assist with translating marketing materials and content between Thai and Chinese
- Support the sales team with client outreach and business development when needed
- Help the content team with Chinese content creation and translation as required
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders on ongoing projects
- Document successful campaigns and project outcomes for internal knowledge sharing
- Gain expertise in Chinese digital marketing best practices to enhance their service offerings
Qualifications:
- Strong Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Fluent in either English or Thai (Thai highly preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and Chinese digital platforms
- Familiarity with WeChat Xiaohongshu TikTok Douyin and Chinese ecommerce platforms
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of both Thai and Chinese business cultures
- Clientfacing experience or ability to build good client relationships
- Basic sales skills and willingness to develop this area
