Position Details
Job Title: Project Manager
Were seeking an experienced Project Manager . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans resource allocation and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project progress and risks.
- Identify potential risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and proactively manage any project changes to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams including engineers architects and other project managers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop and manage cost benefit analysis budgets ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints while delivering quality outcomes.
- Establish OKRs and performance metrics to track project progress and success generating status reports for stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be familiar with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 5 years of project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira) and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
