Your Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests ensuring topnotch service and support.

Engage with customers via phone calls emails and chat providing seamless and efficient communication.

Address customer inquiries about our products and services with clarity and professionalism.

Resolve issues promptly and effectively ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and happy.
What You Will Bring:

Fluency in Portuguese.

Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer support or customer care is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others.

A proactive problemsolving mindset and a sense of ownership.
