What Youll Do

Receive comprehensive training and become a certified digital expert

Support entrepreneurs and businesses in enhancing their online visibility

Offer insights into how customers discover brands through search engines

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when needed

Promote relevant products that align with customer needs
What Youll Bring

Strong Slovenian language skills and a customerfocused attitude

Good command of English for effective communication

Confidence using computers internet applications and Microsoft Office tools

Familiarity with Google tools (Docs Sheets Slides etc.)
