Senior Staff Nurse Oncology (Bank)
Brighton Hospital Nursing Bank Part Time
Up to 26.00 per hour depending on experience

As a Senior Staff Nurse Oncology at our Brighton Hospitalyoure registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience including NMC. As well as postregistration experience you bring knowledge of mentoring and multispecialty surgical procedures. Ideally you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment and management.
As a Senior Staff Nurse Oncologyyou will:
Have a completed UKONS SACT passport.
Be proficient in cannulation and venepuncture and able to access CVADs.
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.
Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues mentoring them to be the best they can be.
Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patients needs.
Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care.
Provide daytoday supervision including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students.
Contribute to scheduling and rotas recruitment induction performance reviews and training.
