PMI Excellence is a newly created team working across all areas of the ZEISS Group (our business segments corporate functions and country organizations). PMI Excellence aims to be the trusted advisor and executive business partner for postmerger integration and separation activities within the ZEISS Group. The PMI team provides governance and program management support for ZEISSwide PMI activities to enable sustainable transaction success and secure acquisition value for the ZEISS segment.

Your role
Development of integration strategies in collaboration with business segments and strategic business units based on newly defined company standards for PMI processes and tools.
Responsible for creating comprehensive approaches for postmerger integration and separation planning to ensure successful implementation.
Ensuring compliance of all PMI activities in alignment with the companys overall strategy and objectives.
Leading collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enable seamless integration and separation of systems processes and technologies.
Active involvement in due diligence processes to define the PMI and separation strategy as well as to identify risks and opportunities.
Conducting regular progress reviews preparing status reports for senior management and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMI processes through lessonslearned sessions and updating the PMI toolkit.
Your profile
A degree in Business Administration Project Management Finance Physics Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience as a postmerger integration/separation manager preferably in a midlarge sized matrix organization or as a consultant with at least 10 years of working experience for which 5 years in a corporate environment.
Strong project management skills including experience leading crossfunctional teams (Program or Project Management Certification a plus).
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
English proficiency is a must any other language is a plus
