The Company:
A fastgrowing Managed Service Provider in Perth that provides comprehensive IT solutions and support to a diverse client base focused on innovation client satisfaction and delivering highquality IT services offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for professional development.
The Role:
- Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and consulting services to MSP clients.
- Design implement and manage complex IT solutions including infrastructure and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to servers networks and cloud environments.
- Act as a technical escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in IT projects including system deployments migrations and upgrades.
Skills:
- Extensive experience (5 years) in an MSP environment.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- VMware virtualization
- HyperV virtualization
- Networking (firewalls routing switching WiFi)
- Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills (a must).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support and consulting to MSP clients both remotely and onsite.
- Design implement and configure IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents and problems.
- Manage and maintain servers networks storage systems and cloud environments.
- Perform system upgrades migrations and deployments.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Stay uptodate with the latest IT technologies and trends.
