You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe National Team Lead is a newly created position responsible for the daytoday management of the aerial program ensuring contractual and business requirements are met.
You will support the implementation of new processes engage with key stakeholders and drive operational efficiencies. A key aspect of this position is liaising with regional leads and NBN to align objectives and performance measures while maintaining comprehensive operational reporting.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can establish a new operational function while enhancing efficiency and driving results.
Nature of position: Fixed Term Contract (until 31 December 2025)
Location: National (can be based in VIC NSW QLD or WA)
Reporting Line: National Workflow & Process Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the aerial program to meet contractual and business requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of new processes for aerial function efficiency.
Liaise with regional leads to manage aerial program work in progress.
Work closely with NBN to align requirements and objectives.
Produce and disperse state and nationalbased reporting provide weekly and monthly progress report on all key measures of performance across the program.
Ensure effective communication and visibility of performance metrics across stakeholders.
Identify and participate in problem identification and system enhancement forums.
Communication and escalation of problems quickly and effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams clients and field operations.
About You
Experienced in operational workflow management.
Prior experience in scheduling and programming tickets of work.
Background in the telecommunications industry.
3 years of experience with Microsoft office suite in an office environment.
Ability to understand technical aspects of operations and maintenance in telecommunications.
Familiarity with distribution networks processes and procedures.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with flexibility in approach.
Experience in aerial work is beneficial but not essential.
Certificate in Telecommunications (desired but not mandatory).
