GermanSpeaking Sales Development Representatives (Remote SABased Only)
Fluent in German Build your sales career with global brands right from home.
Location: Remote (South Africabased only)
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00 (SA time)

From Trainee to Team Lead we offer multiple entry points depending on your experience. Youll be working remotely in South Africa engaging with clients across Germanspeaking countries and representing exciting global brands.

What Youll Be Doing:

Drive outbound sales campaigns into Germanspeaking markets

Reach out to leads via calls emails and digital platforms

Qualify prospects and set highquality appointments

Meet performance goals with full training and support

Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities
Were Hiring Across These Levels:
Trainee SDR

No sales experience needed
-
Must have a German schoolleaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1/C2)
Junior SDR
-
1 year in sales customer service or lead generation

Strong communication skills in German
MidLevel SDR
-
2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience
-
Confident using digital sales tools
Senior SDR
-
3 years in sales with a proven track record

Mentoring mindset and a selfstarter attitude
SDR Team Lead / Manager

4 years in sales 1 in team leadership

Able to lead from the front and coach others
What You Need to Apply:

Native or nearnative German fluency (C1/C2) spoken and written

Based in South Africa with reliable fibre internet (min. 20 Mbps)

Techliterate and motivated to succeed in a remote setup
