This role includes overseeing subsidy data collection attending community meetings in the absence of the Program Manager reporting service coordination while maintaining a case load. The Team Lead will offer support to a diverse team working between multiple contracts under the Transitional Health Umbrella ensuring smooth collaboration with community resources. This position also involves orienting training and leading staff in Housing Supportive Services programs.

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
This position normally requires that physical demands of standing walking bending lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements.
