We are looking for an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our office! Our ideal person is dynamic friendly selfmotivated. You will have an active role in in patient care. You must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. Individuals must also be outgoing and friendly detailoriented and able to multitask efficiently. We are looking for a leader who will be able to embrace our vision and guide our practice toward continued growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome each patient and visitor with a friendly and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a positive and uplifting environment in the office
- Patient coordinating and scheduling
- Handling patient transactions and billing
- Assist the doctor in various tasks as needed
- Preparing reports documents and spreadsheets
- Manage checkin and checkout processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette addressing inquiries and providing information about services and amenities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and managing correspondence.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Passionate and Positive about Health and helping others to achieve long term health goals
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
