A highly respected private dental practice in the Greensboro / Greater Charlotte NC area is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their team fulltime. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy fully feeforservice environment taking over an established patient base with immediate earning potential and longterm partnership opportunity.
About the Role
Youll be the sole general dentist in a highdemand singledoctor practice thats wellstaffed and fully booked. Supported by two experienced hygienists and a dedicated clinical team youll have the autonomy to practice your best dentistry while serving a loyal adult patient base. This role is ideal for a confident and seasoned clinician ready to hit the ground running.
Ideal Candidate

5 years of clinical experience preferred
-
Strong proficiency in restorative cosmetic and general procedures

Comfortable working independently in a highvolume setting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

DDS/DMD from an accredited program

Licensed (or eligible) to practice in North Carolina
Compensation & Perks

Base salary 33% adjusted production paid monthly whichever is higher

Starting base around $200000 negotiable based on experience
