Job Description

Electrical Supervisor
Location: United States (Multiple locations: TX LA FL
Duration: 12 Months

Overview of the Role

Join a leading renewable energy project where youll oversee critical electrical systems installation and commissioning. As an Electrical Supervisor youll be the technical backbone ensuring quality safety and timely execution of electrical installations for a major energy infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings contract documents and quality standards
  • Collaborate with EPC contractors subcontractors and operations teams in a dynamic environment
  • Verify accuracy of drawings submittals and specifications
  • Perform quality control inspections of electrical installations and equipment
  • Coordinate SCADA system and fiber optics installation and testing
  • Oversee specialized electrical testing (TTR VLF ODTR Fall of Potential VOCs)
  • Manage the RFI process between site engineering and contractors
  • Document progress through daily weekly and monthly reporting
  • Support field commissioning and project turnover phases
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision for utilityscale energy projects
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems and fiber optic installations
  • Experience with specialized electrical testing procedures
  • Knowledge of quality control documentation and processes
  • Familiarity with project management software (Unifier preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for crossfunctional team collaboration
  • Commitment to safety as a primary project objective
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
