Service Sales Manager

Job Description

The Service Sales Manager will play a critical role in maximizing the market penetration of the Mechanical Services Group at acceptable and agreedto profitability levels. You will leverage the companys existing engineering knowhow skilled labor force and linkage to the construction business and financial resources. Your goal will be to meet or exceed both external and internal customer expectations as they relate to the professionalism timeliness and ethics of the sales force.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Project Managers Service Sales Engineers Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other leaders in service & construction affiliate groups and corporate functions
  • Resolve highlevel customer owner subcontractor vendor legal and employee issues
  • Plan and execute financials (revenue gross profit SG&A operating income) including the development of a yearly budget and a 5year financial plan
  • Direct involvement in billings schedule of values collections and cash flow projections
  • Monitor mentor and train direct reports on contract review credit cash flow technical estimating scopeofwork and safety risk analysis
  • Plan business growth strategy including account management account development securing new retrofit and core service accounts cost estimation sales strategy work scope documentation prejob planning and final profitability of their projects
  • Assign leads and territories investigate/evaluate new products and collaborate with other unit leadership

Qualifications

  • Significant and proven success in HVAC sales sales management and operations leadership
  • Demonstrated management of workforce in HVAC
  • Ability to assimilate complex issues reach conclusions and execute practical solution plans
  • Welldeveloped recruiting interviewing evaluating and assessment abilities
  • Sales experience in service and retrofit environment
  • Salary and compensation administration experience P&L responsibility
  • Experience with mechanical systems engineering and equipment
