Job Opportunity: Inside Sales (Parts Department)
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial equipment specializing in vacuum sweepers utility equipment and more. They are seeking an individual with a strong sales drive to join their team in the role of Inside Sales for their Parts Department. The individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operations of the parts division.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Process parts orders via phone in person and email.
- Pull parts for customer pickup or walkin orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of parts and inventory.
- Work with internal sales goals and teambased performance metrics.
- Maintain product knowledge for a wide range of large machinery and equipment.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Support customers with walkin orders and build longterm relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parts sales or service counter roles preferred.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or industrial parts is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
