Job Description
Job Position: Service Senior Project Manager
Our client a leading name in the HVAC and plumbing mechanical engineering sector for commercial projects offers a competitive remuneration package. Responsibilities:
- Develop new business in line with the companys strategy and longterm goals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Develop conceptual estimates at an early stage in the project
- Communicate and turn over complete detailed estimates to the Service Operations team
- Consult with clients on the performance of mechanical system operations resulting in budgetbased projects
- Create job estimates and prepare project budgets and proposals
- Track all sales leads and opportunities in the CRM
- Estimate and negotiate change orders
- Track forecast and report labor hours and material costs
- Buyout equipment fixtures specials and subcontracts
- Expedite and track deliveries of materials fixtures specials and equipment
- Maintain working knowledge of accounts (clients) work scope and specifications of projects
- Maintain and control documents in compliance with company standards
- Supervise Project Managers Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
- Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan organize and schedule project work
- Create and manage all project schedules in Smartsheet
- Review contract drawings detail drawings and specifications
- Provide proactive clear and timely communication to team members
- Ensure full compliance with company Safety Program on the jobsites

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial space not the residential space. The ability to handle multiple projects (5) simultaneously is essential. Business development experience and the ability to manage leads effectively is a prerequisite.
