Job Description
Job Title: Contract CleanerJob Description:We are seeking a dependable and thorough Contract Cleaner to provide highquality cleaning services for various residential/commercial/industrial clients. The Contract Cleaner will perform a range of cleaning tasks to maintain clean hygienic and presentable environments on a project or ongoing contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust sweep mop vacuum and polish floors surfaces and furniture.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms break rooms and kitchen areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Restock supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper.
- Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Adhere to clientspecific cleaning requirements and schedules.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the client or supervisor.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely following health and safety guidelines.
- Complete tasks efficiently within contracted timeframes.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals tools and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
