Your work environment
Within Operations the Reinsurance Accounting & Administration department is organized into 2 geographical and one crossfunctional divisions. Each geographical division is responsible for the administrative accounting and financial management of its areas P&C and Life reinsurance portfolios.
Your objectives
- Ensure all administrative accounting and financial operations related to the management of reinsurance portfolios in compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Contact for accounting and financial matters related to reinsurance portfolios of his/her scope
Your missions
- Process contractual data into the accounting system
- Monitor verify and process reinsurance accounts received from ceding companies in the dedicated IT system
- Ensure consistency and conformity with the contractual terms and condition
- Set up and send (retro)cession reinsurance accounts to the reinsurers/brokers
- Ensure the management of settlements and the financial followup of third parties
- Actively participate in department projects particularly those related to the evolution and enhancement of reinsurance accounting and data exchanges tools (writing specifications testing users training)
