Salary: $50000 annually
Schedule: Fulltime
- Lead train and support cleaning teams across multiple job sites
- Conduct site visits to monitor performance and maintain quality standards
- Manage and distribute cleaning supplies to ensure proper inventory
- Build positive respectful relationships with employees and clients
- Address performance or training needs with fairness and clarity
- Oversee projectbased work as needed (including floor care deep cleans etc.)
- Maintain a flexible work schedule which may include early mornings evenings or split shifts
- Support a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance (training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in both cleaning and supervising teams
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience with scissor lifts and basic safety protocols (OSHA certification provided)
- Solid communication skills and a solutionsoriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently and adjusting to changing priorities
