SR. MGR. OPERATIONS HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)
LOCATION: ARVIN CA

What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of HR generalist and HRBP experience.
- Strong operations and or manufacturing environment experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Applicable knowledge of Company policies available HR resources HR Standards and Expectations HR Standard Operating Procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- An administrative skill set that includes written and oral communication calendar management timeline execution paperwork organization and workflow prioritization.
- Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Local travel is required to stay connected to the business and our employees.
- Ability for occasional out of state travel.
- A valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What will set you apart:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRMCP/SHRMSCP certification.
- Experience in union and nonunion environments.
- Certified bilingual English/Spanish.

Total Rewards: $100000 $130000/ Yearly Salary
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
