Job Description

Assistant Coach of Womens Soccer (parttime)
Coe College seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Coach for Womens Soccer (parttime). This position is to support the total academic program of the College by implementing the programs policies and services approved by the Womens Soccer Head Coach that will contribute to the education and welfare of students through athletics. The Assistant Coach shall conduct these efforts within the spirit policies and rules of Coe College the American Rivers Conference and the NCAA III in a manner that will further the athletic wellness personal social and academic development of Coe studentathletes.
Work Schedule: Parttime starting Fall 2025
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and supervising practices and games.
  • Promote the sport athletics department and Coe College.
  • Duties as assigned from head coach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 13 years of previous coaching experience is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Successful completion of a background and driver check in accordance with Coe College policy.

  • Ability to work harmoniously with the head soccer coach coaches of other athletic teams athletic staff members faculty members and college administrators.
  • Exhibit exemplary personal conduct and character traits.
  • Serve as a role model for studentathletes.

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships in a collaborative and diverse team atmosphere.
  • Commitment to excellent customer and/or student service.
  • Demonstrated ethical and responsible decision making.
  • Ability to maintain consistent attendance and accountability for position objectives.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Weekend and evening hours required.
  • Travel required.
  • Occasional lift push pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent twist bend stoop and climb.
