Job Description
Coastal Precast Systems is looking to add a reliable and experienced Welder/Fabricator to our dynamic team! This is a fulltime highpaced position offering competitive pay dependent on experience. Benefits are available after 90
days of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of welders and fabricators.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Maintain highquality standards and ensure safety compliance.
- Efficiently read and interpret tape measures and technical drawings.
- Utilize FCAW (FluxCored Arc Welding) techniques proficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant welding/fabrication experience.
- Certification as a Welder or recent welding school graduate preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highdemand environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Reliable punctual and committed to excellence.
