There are FullTime benefit eligible positions available working a varied schedule including every other weekend. This position would be working as both a Cook and Dietary Aide.
Hours: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. No late nights!
What does a Cook/Dietary Aide do
- Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and assist cookingmeals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary culinary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents employees and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
What does a Cook/Dietary Aide require
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Prior cooking experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking equivalentpreferred but not required. Well train you for this position!
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment with others.
