DescriptionThe Senior HR Technology Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic oversight of specific functional areas within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system (HRIS Analyst role) and other key HR technology products. This seniorlevel role sits within the Human Resources Department and works with business process owners ensuring the HCM system and other HR technology products align with global and regional business strategies and processes. The individual will drive system optimization lead crossfunctional initiatives provide expert guidance on leveraging Oracle HCM and other key technologies to enhance HR processes and focuses on innovation aligned with organization standards and priorities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Oracle HCM or relevant related enterprise software and a strong background in enabling business process transformation.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary businessside owner and strategic leader for designated Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR Talent Management Compensation Payroll Benefits etc.) and other HR technology products.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define system strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to drive system enhancements process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Own system configuration.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to oversee system configurations integrations and upgrades as needed.
- Manage and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring business requirements are met before deployment.
- Develop and implement training programs and change management strategies in partnership with process owners to maximize system adoption.
- Analyze system performance identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM capabilities or other related enterprise systems staying ahead of industry trends and system enhancements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Human Resources Information Systems or a related field.
- 8 years of experience working with HR or other related enterprise systems including system strategy implementation and optimization.
- Understanding of HR business processes and their interaction with HCM technology.
- Proven experience in leading global and regional business stakeholders in defining and executing system initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Handson experience with system configuration integrations and advanced reporting within Oracle HCM or other related enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
- Oracle HCM certification is highly preferred.
