Job Description
Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid/Onsite Schedule: 3 days onsite
Contract Length: 1 month with extension
The Programmer Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate supporting the development of custom applications and automated workflows. This role requires deep expertise in the Power Platform with proven experience in building effective solutions and the ability to demonstrate handson proficiency during the interview process.
Required Skills:
Extensive handson experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate including custom app development and workflow automation
Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for nontechnical audiences
Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement with a focus on identifying automation opportunities
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions using Power Platform tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas
Effective collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams to drive results
Familiarity with change management principles to support successful technology adoption
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Power BI or other Power Platform tools
Background in data analysis database management or datadriven decisionmaking
Knowledge of governance standards and best practices for Power Platform implementation
Experience working in public sector or transportationrelated environments is a plus
Duties:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Design develop and deploy custom applications using the Power Platform
Create and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications and flows
Ensure best practices are followed in app development security and data management
Demonstrate handson expertise and solutionbuilding capabilities during the interview process
