About the role
ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join the Darwin based Home Care team and provide support to the rostering / scheduling of our services. In addition they will provide support to the daytoday enquiries amendments and requests from our Support staff.
This role is being offered on a permanent fulltime basis and attracts a salary of $34.03$35.45 / hour gross base pending experience.
This role would ideally suit an organised and proactive person who enjoys coordinating and problem solving. You will enjoy working in a busy team and comfortable with times of stress and short deadlines. In addition you will have excellent customer service skills and patience when working with our consumers and their families. You will have excellent and clear communication skills and previous experience using computers with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
