Description
RPO Recruitments client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Fitter to be based in Limpopo. The successful candidate will support the operations concerning maintenance improving plant availability and controlling costs.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all process equipment.
- Planning and scheduling preventative and planned maintenance.
- Ensures adherence to the companys Health and Safety Standards.
- Capturing breakdown data and updating equipment history records.
Requirements:
- Minimum N3 certificate / Grade 12.
- Certified Trade Test Certificate Fitting (Section 13 and 26D).
- Minimum 5 years of related industry experience.
- PGM plant experience required
- Must have experience in the maintenance of slurry pumps Grinding Mills and gearboxes.
- Code 8 drivers license and own transport.
- Prepared to be on standby and work overtime as and when required.
- Must reside in the local area or be prepared to relocate to the Thaba JV Project.
- All appointments will be dependent on passing a compulsory mine medical fitness certificate
- and an independent trade competency assessment.
