Overview:
Foundedin 1998 Holtmeier Construction is a local familyowned Construction companythat serves Southern Minnesota. Since modest beginnings we pride ourselves inthe fastgrowing evolution of Holtmeier Construction. From conducting some ofthe largest underground construction projects in Southern Minnesota to ouraggregate operations there is great opportunity to build your career.
Holtmeier Construction is seeking aTruck Driver to join our fastpaced utility aggregate crushing and quarryteams for the upcoming construction season. This is a seasonal fulltimeposition. The construction season typically runs from March to early December.
Skills & Qualifications:
Competencyin inspection and light maintenance of truck and trailers
Keeptrack of hours worked and load count of each job.
Attentionto detail on and off the road.
Abilityto work as a team and independently.
ValidDOT Card or pass a DOT Physical along with commercial drivers license.
Experience drivingstraight trucks and tractor trailer side dumps.
Attention to safety ofself and others always.
Excellent attendancearriving to work prepared for the day.
Willingness to listenlearn and communicate with others.
Treat equipment toolsand peers with respect always.
Must have the ability topass a physical exam and drug test.
A day in the life as a Truck Driver for Holtmeier:
In this position you are part of a team that supports haulingmaterial to and from jobsites. You work closely with our dispatcher andforemen. We typically work within a 60mile radius of Mankato.
Benefits & Compensation Holtmeier Construction offers health insurance andretirement packages. Pay is based on qualifications. We generally work1012hour days during the busy season with occasional Saturdays.
