Were seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding and Implementation Lead responsible for defining and executing our customer success strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build a key function within a dynamic growing company and make an lasting impact on our commercial expansion. As the architect of our implementation process youll shape how we onboard and support customers turning technical integration into a seamless experience that drives early adoption of our imaging solution.
The ideal candidate will have:- Bachelors degree in relevant field with 5years of experience in customer onboarding/implementation roles within sales organizations.
- Experience with healthcare SaaS products (particularly medical imaging or visualization) and technical understanding of PACS/EMR integration.
- Knowledge of radiology services workflows in a hospital and/or in a clinic or practicebased environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge with an ability to communicate complex concepts to nontechnical users.
- Basic understanding of medical reimbursement systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven customer and internal stakeholderrelationship building ability.
- Detailorientedwith strong organizational project management and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- CT scanner technical experience or background as CT technologist is a plus.
Work Location and Travel Requirements:- This role is based out of our office in Boston MA. For local candidates we operate in a hybrid model with regular inoffice collaboration. Candidates outside of the Boston area are invited to apply as fullyremote employees.
- Regular travel is requiredto meet with customers and attend occasional industry events.
