Job Description
Location: Encinitas San Diego CA (Hybrid) will consider PST and MST remote U.S if not located in the San Diego Area.

Job Summary:
Metajive is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Producer to lead and manage a variety of digital projects for our agency and directtoconsumer clients. This role requires a seasoned project manager with a strong background in developing digital strategies traditional websites ecommerce solutions and system designs. The ideal candidate is a master cat herder adept at managing crossfunctional teams of designers and developers navigating client relationships and ensuring project success from concept to completion. You should have experience managing producers and will be responsible for client relationships and driving process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects including strategy websites ecommerce videos systems and products.
- Scope Management: Define project scope of work objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage daily tasks and create detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources including producers designers developers QA specialists and external resources.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients internal teams and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Drive process optimization and adherence. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations multiple demands and competing priorities with finesse. Serve as a point of escalation for client projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- New Business: Manage new business opportunities and establish project approaches and scopes for new engagements.
- Financial Management: Manage project financials including initial estimates budget tracking and revenue management.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must either be located in the San Diego area and agree to our Hybrid work schedule or reside in (PST or MST) within the U.S. and work remotely.
- 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency setting.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle including Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing a variety of digital projects including websites ecommerce and system designs.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello ClickUp).
- Ability to manage client expectations multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to own and execute projects from conception to completion including scheduling task assignment progress tracking and status reporting.
- Experience in organizing project schedules including task lists dependencies milestones and review meetings.
- Experience in managing project financials including estimates budget tracking and revenue.
- Ability to manage project resources within a matrix organization.
- Skill in managing project risk and developing mitigation plans.
- Ability to manage tradeoffs between scope quality time and cost.
- Experience in managing project scope including statements of work requirements documentation change requests and maintenance logs.
- Deep digital experience understanding of best practices and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and drive every phase of the project lifecycle.
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Comfortable overseeing large interactive projects with major subprojects or programs of interrelated projects.

Salary and Benefits:
- $110000 $140000 is the salary range for this position. There is flexibility based on the candidates qualifications. This represents only a portion of the overall package.
