*Hourly rate is inclusive of a $1.00 per hour salary stipend and a $1.00 per hour direct care stipend. Applicants with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificates and who are on the States CNA registry will be paid an additional $.50 per hour.

Job Overview:

Riverview Psychiatric Center is seeking a Habilitation Aide to provide paraprofessional work in implementing programs and activities of an educational rehabilitative or recreational nature for patients and residents in our facility under the direction and supervision of professional include preparing implementing and overseeing individual and/or group activities of an habilitative nature for patients/residents; training supervising and providing support to patients/residents participating in programs or activities; observing and recording observations related to patient/resident attendance participation level behavior and progress; and reporting observations to professional staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of education training or experience working as a Mental Health Worker I or providing direct care to mentally or physically disabled individuals or other directly related habilitative or educational work.
