KUEST ONE
5% Facilitate and lead small group discussions with students.
5% CoTeach conquer your classes Presentation.
5% Help students develop projectbase ideas for Engineering Design Project.
5% Provide engineering and campus tours.
10% Plan social activities throughout the week and weekend.
5% Checkin with assigned students.
Academic Year
60% Mentor with assigned students weekly or biweekly.
5% Meet with IHAWKe Program Coordinator biweekly or as needed.

The KUEST ONE Program is a full week engineering acclimation program withprojectbased learning research andstudy skills training for incomingfreshman entering must have participated in either KUEST Bridge or KUEST ONE to serve as a leader.

- Must have participated in either KUEST Bridge or KUEST ONE previously.
- Must be an undergraduate student in the School of Engineering.
- During the semester term of the appointment the student hourly must be enrolled inno fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must:
- have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or
- be preenrolledin the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or
- be enrolled insummer session or
- be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. StudentHourlies may be for undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted forGRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
- Must have participated in either KUEST Bridge or KUEST ONE previously.
