Production Associate ($20.16-$28.64)

Pay:$20.16 $28.64 per hour (pay for skill)
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Shift Differential: $0.85 for all hours worked between 7P7A

JOB DUTIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Input formulas for mixing of raw materials and maintain with defined levels of pigments and other raw materials for controlling color and appearance
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials so that work processing runs continuously
• Operate unroll rollup coating printing and embossing equipment and maintain by conducting all preshift equipment inspections and required documentation
• Inspection winding and packaging of product
• Use computers for data entry and operation of equipment
• Perform inventory functions and material usage accurately
• Perform safety start up and shutdown of equipment
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials so that work processing runs continuously
• Perform quality checks and correct root cause of defective material
• Inspection winding and packaging of product
• Assist coworkers with cleaning and organizing your area
• Operate mobile equipment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check employment verification and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History
• A High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be willing and able to wear all required safety protective equipment and comply with all other jobrelated safety requirements
• Must be available to work any shift and day of the week.
• Available and able to work overtime as required even with little or no advance notification

• Frequent travel up and down stairs repeatedly; repetitive motion of hands/wrists/fingers; concentrate and repeat the same physical activities over and over; move between different physical locations within and between buildings.

• Occasionally push pull carry and maneuver heavy loads up to 75 lbs. with the use of assistive devices

• Must have the visual acuity to read instructions operate machines and inspect product produced
• Walking stretching bending stooping twisting reaching grasping and repetitive movements
