Our products can be found online at Amazon select premium retailers such as Nordstrom Neiman Marcus and hundreds of specialty retail locations around the globe. RuffleButts has been a Summit Park holding since 2020.
What Were Looking For:
RuffleButts is looking for a Director of FP&A who oversees the companys financial planning budgeting forecasting and strategic analysis to support decisionmaking and ensure alignment with business goals. This role partners with leadership to provide actionable insights manage financial performance and drive longterm profitability
To Summarize You Will:
- Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and longrange financial plans.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support business strategies including ROI cost management and market opportunities.
- Deliver accurate timely and insightful financial reports and dashboards to executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align financial performance with strategic goals and improve efficiency.
- Merchant leaders for Open to Buy and Revenue and Margin planning
- Marketing team for ROAS and Marketing spend by Channel analysis
- Sales channel leaders for Commercial planning
- DC Operations leaders for Cost control and Processing efficiency analysis
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Optimize financial systems (Hyperion Netsuite and Tableau) and processes for accurate reporting and efficiency.
- Support M&A activity scenario modeling and other ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling forecasting tools and Excel.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Expertise in financial systems (i.e. Hyperion Netsuite Tableau Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
