Altitude Trampoline Park in Cincinnati/Anderson is seeking energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience. We are currently hiring for parttime and seasonal team members to fill numerous roles. These roles include Court Monitor Cashier Event Host and Concessions. Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Adhere to wardrobe grooming and appearance guidelines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Be at least 15 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Organize and successfully host parties and events
- Maintain a friendly outgoing personality with our guests and team members
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience
- Conduct sales transactions and recommend products based on guests needs
- Coordinate birthday parties and other special events
- Perform daily weekly and monthly inspections and complete required checklists
- Assist leadership team with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary park environment for guests and team members
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned including occasional deep cleaning
- Enforce park rules in a fair and professional manner
- Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
- Prepare and serve food in a manner consistent with local food service standards
- Sucessfully complete all required and company provided training in a timely manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
