Are you looking for flexible highenergy work in the Chicago events scene Catering by Michaels is hiring enthusiastic Event Servers to join our awardwinning team. We have catered everything from weddings and mitzvahs to corporate galas and major festivals like Lollapalooza LIV Golf and the NFL Draft.
What Youll Do:
Mix pour and serve cocktails wine and/or beer at private events
Follow recipes standard bar practices for safe service portion control with precision while free pouring
Provide attentive friendly service to guests and event hosts
Help with bar setup event space set up restocking and breakdown
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area at all times
What Were Looking For:
Professional bartending skills and knowledge of cocktails beer and wine
Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
Must be 21 years old with reliable transportation
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Prior bartending in a banquet hall or at venues is strongly preferred
- Event bartender not mixologists
